Traenáil na nOifigeach Gaeilge Dara Leibhéal

Traenáil na nOifigeach Dara Leibhéal are training sessions provided by Conradh na Gaeilge and the Irish Secondary Schools Union. 

It is an opportunity for students to attend interactive workshops about promoting Irish in school and much more. 

Who is it for?

  • Post-primary students with a love for Irish.

  • Young people who want to encourage the Irish language at school - Gaelcholáiste, a Gaeltacht school or a school that operates through English.

  • Students who are curious about careers with Irish and about organising events.

  • All standards of Irish are welcome!

Dates:

There will be four sessions for the 2024/25 school year:
  • Saturday, 19 October - Dublin;
  • Saturday, 09 November - Belfast;
  • Saturday, 16 November - Cork;
  • Saturday, 23 November - Galway.

The sessions are from 11:00 - 15:00, with a 30 minute break. Lunch will be provided.

What happens on the day?

The training sessions are a great opportunity to meet other young people who are interested in Irish language.

How to promote the Language & tips on organsing Irish-language events.

How to deal with people who have negative opinions on the Language.
