Conradh na Gaeilge Irish Courses Are A Bargain New Year's Resolution – So Tell A Friend!

If your good intention to go to the gym every morning has already fallen by the wayside, or if learning to play the trombone just seems a stretch too far for your New Year’s resolutions, why not try brushing up your language skills with Conradh na Gaeilge Irish classes this January?

Conradh na Gaeilge is renowned for teaching Irish to adult learners since its foundation in 1893 and is offering the best price in the capital on Irish courses booked via www.cnag.ie/courses again this year. A 10-week Irish-language course costs only €180 for 20 hours of tuition, while the discount rate of only €160 is available to OAPs, former pupils, students, the unemployed, or if you recommend to a friend to do a course this term and use the promotional code CARA when booking.

The 10-week term of evening classes in Irish starts Tuesday night, 28 January 2014, from 7.00 – 9.00pm in 6 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. The courses consist of 2-hour classes one night a week in Conradh na Gaeilge and there are a total of nine class levels to choose from on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights, with the emphasis on conversational Irish at every level.

Brenda Ní Ghairbhí, Conradh na Gaeilge Course Coordinator says:

"From Leaving Cert students wanting to up their confidence speaking Irish by April, or parents with children in a Gaelscoil looking to practise their cúpla focal to use at home, there are countless people who decide to improve their language skills every January. Learning Irish still tops the New Year's resolution list for people across the country over 120 years after the founding of Conradh na Gaeilge, and our courses are a perfect way to get 2014 off to a successful start!"

Conradh na Gaeilge evening classes comply with Teastas Eorpach na Gaeilge syllabi and the courses cater for all learner levels, though there is also a wide choice of other courses on offer in 6 Harcourt Street throughout the term. Another 10-week course preparing 5th or 6th Year Leaving Cert students for the Irish oral exam will commence Tuesday evening, 29 January 2014, from 5.00 - 6.30pm, and a choice of intensive day courses for applicants doing the Irish interview as part of the primary school teaching postgrad application will start 26 April 2014.

Costing only €140 and €100 respectively, these courses with Conradh na Gaeilge give participants guidance and a chance to practice and improve their spoken Irish by means of group work and role-play, in addition to handouts, a mock interview with personal feedback and pointers on the most common mistakes, with an emphasis on relevant topics, useful terms, pronunciation and interview skills all included.
