Teach na Gaeilge
Teach na Gaeilge is the Irish-language centre of the Maigh Cuilinn Gaeltacht in Co. Galway. The centre was built in 2011 on a site provided free of charge by the local development association, and Conradh na Gaeilge funded the new building; the centre has not received any state funding. All construction work was carried out on a voluntary basis by members of the Maigh Cuilinn branch of Conradh na Gaeilge and other voluntary helpers in the parish, under the direction of the architect Niall Ó Céirín.
Áras na nGael
Áras na nGael is Galway's Irish-language centre and has been the headquarters of the Irish-language voluntary sector in Galway City for over 25 years. The centre is open on a year round basis, from morning until night, and over 10,000 people avail of the services provided by Áras na nGael annually. Over 25 groups are currently using Áras na nGael for their own events.
Dún Mhuire
Dún Mhuire is the Irish-language centre in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary and there is an office, a naíonra,an exhibition hall and meeting rooms in the building. Classes are also held here and books and cards can be bought in Dún Mhuire. The Nenagh branch of Conradh na Gaeilge aims to inspire, promote, speak and spread the Irish language in and around Nenagh and its surrounding areas. Singing sessions and music nights, festivals, Seachtain na Gaeilge, events for young people, lectures, dramas and classes are held regularly in Dún Mhuire to this end.
Gaeláras Mhic Ardghail
Gaeláras Mhic Ardghail is Newry's new cultural and Irish-language centre in Co. Down, and provides educational, cultural and social facilities for Irish speakers in the Newry and Mourne area. Craobh an Iúir, the Newry branch of Conradh na Gaeilge, opened Gaeláras Mhic Ardghail on 18 Feabhra 2013 as a result of Newry and Mourne District Council, The Irish Language Investment Fund, Comhaltas Uladh and Craobh an Iúir working in partnership together to achieve a great outcome.
Halla Íde
Halla Íde is the Irish-language centre for Limerick and it houses Naíonra Ríocht na Sí, An Siopa Leabhar and an information office as well as classrooms and an entertainment venue called An Chistin in the basement.
Uimhir 6
Uimhir 6 is Dublin's Irish-language centre and what a historic centre it is! Some of the most important people in Irish history and politics had connections with the building at 6 Harcourt Street, the likes of Cardinal John Newman and Michael Collins among them.
